Submission terms
Last updated October 2026.
When you suggest a player or send us a link to footage, you agree to the following. Clip uploads through nominate.auballerz.com also follow the consent questions on that page.
You have permission
You're the player's parent or guardian, the player is 18 or over, or you have the family's OK to share the suggestion and footage with us.
You can share the footage
The footage is yours, or you have the right to share it with us. Please don't send footage that belongs to someone else without their OK.
We check before posting
Sending a suggestion doesn't give us permission to post. If we'd like to feature a player, we'll check with the family or club first. We only post once they've agreed.
No guarantee of a feature
We watch every suggestion, but we can't feature everyone. Not being featured isn't a judgement on the player. Featuring is never a scouting guarantee or a ranking.
Always free
We never charge to review a suggestion or to feature a player.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw a suggestion, or ask us to remove a post, at any time by emailing enquiries@auballerz.com. See our privacy notice for how we handle your details.
