AU Ballerz was started by Arnold and Guillaume Castillo, a father and son from Melbourne who share a love of the game.
We kept seeing talented young players go unnoticed, from academies and NPL to school and grassroots football. So we built a platform that puts them in the spotlight on merit, never money.
Today our crew films matches, squads and players, and shares their stories on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, where we have 278K combined followers and subscribers (October 2026).
