Privacy notice
Last updated October 2026.
AU Ballerz (ABN 86 375 323 647) runs auballerz.com. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation if you give it, the type of enquiry and your message.
- Player suggestions: your name and email, how you know the player, the player's first name, club and age group, a link to footage, anything you choose to tell us, and your confirmation that you have permission to share it.
- Visits: anonymous page-view statistics that don't use cookies and don't identify you.
Clips and photos uploaded through nominate.auballerz.com are covered by the privacy notice on that site.
On this website we ask for a player's first name only. Please don't send dates of birth, addresses, school details or other personal information about a young player.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To review a player suggestion and, if we'd like to feature the player, to contact the family or club first.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Young players
We check with a parent, guardian or the club before posting content from a community suggestion that features a player under 18. Featuring is always free.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email, which runs on Google Workspace. These services may store data outside Australia. We keep submissions only as long as we need them and delete suggestions we don't take further within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@auballerz.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
